Our Weekly Sprint Process

We run creative testing as a fixed weekly rhythm:

1. Creative Briefing & Strategy

  • Platform: Meta, Google, TikTok

  • Format: Static, UGC, video, motion, carousels

  • Strategy: Funnel stage, offer, geo, audience insight

2. Creative Production

  • Internal studio or client-provided raw assets

  • Copy variants for top 3 angles per product

  • Each week: 10–20 variants produced across formats

3. Split Testing Execution

  • Set up in A/B/C structure

  • Platform-native testing when available (e.g. Meta)

  • Controlled budgets to test cost-efficiency and CTR

4. Performance Analysis

  • Metrics: CTR, CPR, ROAS, thumbstop rate

  • Winners flagged, low-performers paused

  • Visual format leaderboard shared with client
